The mission of Artisan Wagyu is to represent the most refined qualities of Wagyu cattle.  Artisan Wagyu must continue to be synonymous with both elegance of the breed and creativity. Our Wagyu, and the cultural values they embody, blend tradition and innovation, and kindle dream and fantasy.
